The Parcl Labs Price Feed (PLPF) is the only residential real estate price indicator in the world that updates daily and is available at any geographical level. The PLPF provides users with a simple metric — price per square foot — to assess changes in prices across markets in the USA and, soon, globally.
Parcl Labs designed the PLPF to address fundamental challenges in the current state of residential real estate data, such as lagged indicators, incomplete information, and obscure methodologies. Unlike other indexes that measure real estate changes, the PLPF includes all property and sales types and is based on diverse data sources that are cleaned and processed in a systematic and standardized way.
