Connect Claude in Seconds

This AI Connect version requires a Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise plan.

Connect Claude to Parcl

Go To Settings > Connectors

You may have to select the 'Go To Customize' option in Claude.

Add Custom Connector

Enter a name, such as 'AI Connect'.

Paste the URL

In the second input, paste the URL. If you're lost, the input is labeled says 'Remote MCP server URL'.

Give Claude permission to access real estate data on your behalf.

Beside the New Connection You've Created, Select Configure

Select Always Allow on both Read Only, and Write/Delete Tools

Give Claude access to Parcl's website so it can fetch real estate data for you.

Go To Settings > Capabilities

Find 'Code Execution and File Creation'

Paste the Parcl URL Below in Additional Allowed Domains

In the subsection that appeared, find the Additional Allowed Domains, and paste the URL below into that Input.

Click Add

What is AI Connect?

AI Connect lets you ask your favorite AI (like ChatGPT or Claude) questions about real estate and get answers backed by live Parcl data. You type in plain English. You get real numbers and facts. No coding. No spreadsheets. Just ask and get answers.

Do I need to be technical to use it?

No. You don't need any technical background. If you can send a message in a chat, you can use AI Connect. Type what you want to know in normal language. The AI does the rest.

Does it cost extra?

No. AI Connect uses the same credit system as the rest of Parcl. You're not signing up for a separate or hidden fee. Same credits, same account.

Can it accidentally use my credits?

No. Before any credits are used, you'll be asked to confirm. Nothing happens without your okay. You stay in control.

What kind of data can I ask for?

You can ask for real estate data in four main areas: sales and listings (what's selling, what's on the market), rentals (rental activity and trends), market prices (how prices are moving), and investor ownership (who owns what). Ask in plain language and the AI finds the right data for you.

How is this different from asking AI without AI Connect?

Without AI Connect, the AI is guessing from old or generic information. With it, the AI is connected to live Parcl data - the same data professionals use. You get real numbers, up to date. Same simple chat. Better answers.
